Chris Walsh
Chief Executive Officer

Chris Walsh is the Chief Executive Officer of AcadiaSoft. Chris has over 25 years of leadership experience in the financial services technology sector. He previously served as a Senior Vice President with NYSE Technologies and ran its buy side services and solutions group. Prior to joining NYSE, Chris was at NYFIX where he served as both Head of OMS Division and the Strategy function. Prior to NYFIX, he was CEO of Radius Partners, which he co-founded, grew, and subsequently managed the acquisition by FundTech. Chris has also been a senior executive at Thomson Financial, where among other accomplishments he was instrumental in building the Thomson ESG and, subsequently, Omgeo business.

Scott Petersen
Chief Financial Officer

Scott Petersen has been is the Chief Financial Officer for AcadiaSoft since 2011. Scott has an extensive background in securities operations, banking, finance and management consulting that spans over 25 years. Scott was in operations management, capital markets and finance at BankBoston and BancBoston Robertson Stephens where he attained his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Prior to that, Scott was a management consultant and auditor at Coopers & Lybrand where he earned his CPA. Scott has served as the Chief Financial Officer at two different start-ups: SS Solutions, an investment holdings entity in the wireless industry of Aether Systems (1999 IPO); and peanutpress.com, an e-book publishing company based Massachusetts (acquired by netLibrary in 2000).

Scott Lorimer
Chief Technology Officer

Scott Lorimer is the Chief Technology Officer of AcadiaSoft. Scott has over 25 years of product development experience in the financial services sector. Scott previously co-founded Radius Partners, a software and services provider in the post-trade space. Scott oversaw the acquisition of Radius Partners to the publicly traded company, FundTech. Prior to that, he was a co-founder of Aether Systems, a wireless data software provider which went public in 2000 and subsequently raised $2.3 billion to acquire a portfolio of companies in the wireless data space. Scott has also held product and service development roles at Charles Schwab & Co.

David Radley
Director of Client Engagement

David Radley is Director of Client Engagement at AcadiaSoft Inc. He joined the company in 2009 after spending 18 years working at Computacenter where over time he held a variety of Senior Management positions managing clients across Telcoms, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Information Technology and Finance. This role allowed him to gain value experience delivering Global Outsource contacts, Vendor Relationships, Business Transformation and Client Support.

Mark Demo
Head of Industry and Strategy

Mark D. Demo. is Director Industry and Marketing at AcadiaSoft. Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in the OTC Derivatives market and has served as a co-chair of the ISDA Collateral Steering Committee. He has participated on ISDA working groups and has been involved in developing changes in collateral operations associated with financial regulations under Dodd Frank and EMIR. Mark is a collateral subject matter expert who is now overseeing AcadiaSoft’s robust working group, client and prospect engagement programs. Mark also oversees AcadiaSoft’s interactions with global regulators.

Scott Fitzpatrick
Director of Collateral Business and Client Operations

Scott Fitzpatrick is the Director of Collateral Business and Client Operations for AcadiaSoft. Scott has spent the last 20 years working in the Financial Technology sector, primarily focused on community-based solutions. Prior to joining AcadiaSoft, he was the Chief Operating Officer of NYFIX at the New York Stock Exchange. Here he led the transition of NYFIX from the New York Stock Exchange to HG Capital. He had joined NYFIX in 2007 to run their global FIX based routing service. Prior to joining NYFIX, Scott spent 13 years with Thomson Financial in various roles working with their Institutional Trading solutions.

Fred Dassori
Director of Risk Services and Corporate Development

Fred Dassori leads corporate development and risk services at AcadiaSoft. Before joining, Fred spent 13 years working in financial services. Most recently he was head of automated rates trading at Credit Suisse and president and CEO of Wake USA LLC, a joint venture between Credit Suisse and Tower Research Capital focused on automated market making of fixed income products. Prior to that, Fred held various roles in investment banking strategy, corporate development, and equity research at Credit Suisse, and represented Credit Suisse as a board member and advisor in a range of financial technology investments and strategic partnerships.

Richard Barton
Director Agreement Segment and Product

Richard Barton is responsible for AcadiaSoft’s Agreement Manager service. Richard has 20 years Collateral Management experience working within Banking and as a Software Vendor. Starting in Collateral in the late 90’s at ABN Amro he implemented, customized and supported their Collateral Margin solution globally for Repo and OTC derivative Agreements. As a Software Vendor with the Sentry/Algo/IBM/SmartStream Collateral Solution he held positions in Singapore, United Kingdom and United States setting up and managing Professional Services, Support, Pre-Sales, Product Management and Development teams. More recently Richard has been focused on the role of Collateral Hubs/Utilities as a model for managing Margin and Collateral.

Catherine Mannick
General Counsel

Catherine Mannick is General Counsel of AcadiaSoft. Prior to joining AcadiaSoft, she served for seven years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Cole Management Incorporated, a fund targeting technology start-ups in Russia and other emerging markets. Prior to that, she was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, of The Pioneer Group, Inc., a NASDAQ listed financial services company, and General Counsel of its spin-off, Harbor Global Company Ltd. Earlier in her career, Catherine was a member of the corporate department at Hale and Dorr, LLP and served as international counsel at Bank of Boston.

Laura Craft
Marketing Director

Laura Craft is Marketing Director at AcadiaSoft, joining in 2018 and is responsible for communications, public relations and marketing strategy. Prior to this, Laura spent 8 years as Director of Equities & Fixed Income Product Strategy Traiana (now NEX Group) where she was responsible for expanding Traiana’s post-trade capabilities into the securities space. Earlier in her career, Laura spent 10 years at Omgeo (now DTCC) where she managed the development of marketing strategy and programs for the firm’s post-trade processing solutions. Laura started her career at Risk Magazine, Incisive Media’s specialist derivatives journal.

Lee McCormack
Head of Professional Services and Collateral Product Management

Lee McCormack is Head of Professional Services and Collateral Product Management and joined AcadiaSoft in 2018. Lee has extensive experience in post-trade Market Infrastructure, counterparty risk management and collateral management. In 2008, he was part of the six-person SwapClear Default Management Group that assisted LCH in the unprecedented unwind of the $9 trillion Lehman interest rate swap portfolio Lee started his career in risk management at LCH, before moving to investment banks with roles at UBS, Morgan Stanley and Nomura. Prior to AcadiaSoft, Lee worked at CloudMargin as the Head of Strategy and Product Development.

Alex Sherwin
Engineering

As the first AcadiaSoft employee, Alex has helped bring the company from original platform prototypes to the current industry solution in place today; he has been a core contributor to all product development to date that AcadiaSoft offers to its clients. During his stewardship he has been crucial in the build out of the AcadiaSoft Hub platform, bringing together Tier 1 Brokers and Investment Managers, working hand-in-hand with their development, network and operations teams from project inception to completion.

Andrew Yahner
Engineering

Andrew Yahner is Business Development Manager for AcadiaSoft. Andrew has been leading international software projects for over 20 years in the financial services industry. He was instrumental in forming the original AcadiaSoft development department through its inception. Previously, Andrew served as Director of Software Development at FundTech Securities. Prior to working at FundTech, Andrew was the Principal Software Developer and International Team Lead for Firepond, a multinational Business Rules Engine provider for multiple vertical markets including Healthcare, Automotive, and Aerospace.

Jayne Goldman
QA

Jayne Goldman has been with AcadiaSoft since 2010 and is the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst for AcadiaSoft. She has over twenty-five years of experience in computer systems including planning, analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. Over these twenty-five years, she has worked for both large and small global companies including John Hancock Financial Services and Fundtech Corporation.

Joe Petersen
Director of Software Engineering

Joe Peterson is the Director of Software Engineering at AcadiaSoft. As a founding member, Joe has helped progress AcadiaSoft from startup to industry leader in Margin Automation. At AcadiaSoft, Joe has overseen the MarginSphere platform through regulatory changes as well as the growth of one of the latest AcadiaSoft services, MarginManager. Prior to joining AcadiaSoft, Joe played a crucial role at Radius Partners (and subsequently FundTech) where he led the TradePLUS project in the post-trade securities processing space.

Steve Peden
Director of Technology Operations

Steve Peden is the Director of Technology Operations for AcadiaSoft. Steve has over a 20 years of solution development experience in Banking, Trading Systems and Financial Services. Prior to this Steve was recognized for leading cloud-platform initiatives at Microsoft. During his tenure at Omgeo, Steve was responsible for a half billion-dollar business as the head of global partners, and led the team to create the offshore development operations. Previously, he was co-founder of Application Service Provider Breakaway Solutions, helping grow the company from 53 employees through a $440 million IPO.

Howard Edelstein
Chairman

Howard Edelstein is Chairman of AcadiaSoft. Widely recognized within the FinTech industry as a visionary leader and innovator, he has turned start-ups into industry leaders, led successful turnarounds, and successfully managed large organizations over a diverse career as a CEO, director and private equity executive spanning more than two decades. Howard is currently Chairman and CEO of BioCatch, a leading digital identity company. Howard is also a strategic advisor, director and equity investor at Algomi, which leverages state-of-the-art data analysis and intelligent learning to find natural liquidity in the OTC market.
