MarginSphere has been developed to comply and take advantage of standard ISDA contracts and will seamlessly fit into any existing infrastructure. By coordinating and keeping track of margin call setups and CSA identifiers, each counterparty can keep and use their own internal identifiers, yet avoid any confusion in the process. MarginSphere integrates to upstream collateral management systems or margin calculators and allows for synchronization with portfolio reconciliation platforms.

MarginSphere clients have a single view into all margin communications from the MarginSphere or MarkitSERV browser-based portals. Clients can automate these communications with their internal systems using one of two MarginSphere integration services:

• MarginSphere Direct is a web-services based API that allows clients to directly embed the service within internal systems
• MarginSphere Exchange is a file based interface that supports interactive or batch oriented processes using FTP or simple Upload/Download capabilities from the portal
