AcadiaSoft, Inc. today announced that four of the world’s largest investment banks – Deutsche
Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and JP Morgan – are now live on MarginSphere, AcadiaSoft’s
recently launched online community for margin automation in the OTC derivatives market. The
four banks previously participated in the MarginSphere pilot program and all are now fully in
production. AcadiaSoft expects to announce additional banks going live on the solution soon,
as well as other industry participants such as administrators, hedge funds and mutual funds.

and workflow in the OTC derivatives market, which substantially improves operational
efficiencies for both sell-side and buy-side participants. The new portal provides a unified,
automated venue from which market participants can receive, send and confirm margin calls,
taking the place of today's less efficient practice of using email, fax and phone.

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), MarkitSERV and AcadiaSoft today
announced that they are working to deliver a joint solution for improving communication related
to setting and maintaining the collateral required between counterparties to over-the-counter
(OTC) derivative transactions. The solution is the first step taken by the three companies to
develop a multi-functional collateral processing platform for the OTC derivative market.
